Terms of Service
The rules for using MedRouteGo’s research and planning support. Effective 1 November 2026.
1. Operator and agreement
These Terms govern your use of MedRouteGo. The service is operated by Zean Ma, an individual based in China, not by a company. Service address: Room 514-11, Building 9, Zone 2, Shenzhen Bay Tech-Eco Park, No. 3609 Baishi Road, High-tech Zone Community, Yuehai Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. Contact: care@medrouteglobal.com, WhatsApp +86 176 2155 1700, or our Contact page.
When you accept these Terms through the application or order flow, they govern that use and any order you place. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer, privacy, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Service and AI-assisted features
MedRouteGo provides public information exploration and administrative research about healthcare and wellness services in China. A paid order covers one research report for the scope, price, currency, delivery date, and other order details shown before payment. A report may summarize hospitals, departments, doctors, services, service providers, published or provider-confirmed fees, and an estimated medical-travel budget.
Some features, when enabled, may use automated or AI-assisted tools to organize administrative information or ask non-clinical clarification questions. These tools do not make clinical decisions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date and should be checked against the cited source or directly with the provider. The public request text remains in your browser until you sign in and review the application. The Privacy Policy explains the information processed if you submit an application or use an enabled AI feature.
3. Non-clinical service boundary
MedRouteGo is not a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, assess clinical suitability, provide an individual treatment plan, or issue a medical diagnosis or treatment report. It does not book appointments or provide visa, immigration, entry/exit, travel booking, or emergency services. Information and planning support do not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. For urgent symptoms or an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician.
4. Sources, estimates, and providers
Paid reports use reasonable care within the agreed scope. Where available, they distinguish public-source information from information checked directly with a provider and show source or check dates and material unknowns. Unless a provider confirmation is expressly stated, prices and travel budgets are estimates. Information and provider availability may change after a report is prepared. Contact us if a delivered report omits an agreed item or contains a material error.
Hospitals, doctors, and other providers are independent organizations. Their appearance in a report does not establish a partnership, endorsement, or guarantee. They control their own services, prices, availability, privacy practices, and terms. MedRouteGo does not send your identity, application, or health information to providers. General provider enquiries do not identify you.
5. Eligibility and information you provide
The applicant and the person the report concerns must each be at least 18 years old. You may not use MedRouteGo to request research for a minor. Provide only information you are authorized to submit. The current general service does not require medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, medication lists, identity documents, or other clinical details. Do not enter these details in the public request form or an AI-assisted feature.
Application information may be used to prepare and deliver the order. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including by technical service providers and across borders.
6. Orders, payment, cancellation, and refunds
Before you pay, the order page must show the total price, currency, any applicable taxes or fees, the report scope, expected delivery date, refund terms, and the seller or merchant of record shown at checkout. One paid order covers one report. No additional charge will be made without your agreement.
You may cancel an accepted order and request a full refund any time before the report is delivered. If MedRouteGo cannot meet the stated delivery date, you may cancel for a full refund or agree to a revised date. After delivery, contact us if the report was not delivered or materially differs from the agreed scope. Nothing in this section removes a refund, correction, or other remedy required by applicable law.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your account access secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
- Do not interfere with security, bypass access controls, send malicious code, or use automated means to overload or misuse the service.
- We may restrict access when reasonably needed to address a security issue, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
8. Availability, complaints, and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, or legal reasons. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. A change will not retroactively reduce the agreed scope of an accepted paid order without your agreement, except where required by law.
For questions, complaints, or order issues, contact care@medrouteglobal.com, WhatsApp +86 176 2155 1700, or use the Contact page. Applicable mandatory consumer protections and complaint rights remain available.
9. Applicable law and liability
These Terms do not select a governing law or dispute forum. The laws and courts that apply depend on the circumstances of your use and any mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedRouteGo does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that third-party information, prices, availability, or outcomes will remain unchanged. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
